Mechanic Helper
AmeriStaff is currently seeking an experienced Mechanic Helper to fill an opening with a company that sales, services, and repairs bulk and heavy hauling equipment in the Stoneville, NC area. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of hand tools.
Benefits of the Mechanic Helper:
·Monday-Friday.
·7:30am-5:00pm.
·Pay: $15:00 per hour.
Requirements of the Mechanic Helper:
·High school diploma or equivalent.
·Be able to lift 50 or more.
·Experience with hand tools and mechanically inclined.
Responsibility of the Mechanic Helper:
- Performs manual tasks such as assisting mechanics in carrying machine parts and tools and materials to and from the job, lifts and holds parts, cleans up work areas, etc.
- May be assigned cleaning and sweep-up duties in maintenance shop.
- Assists mechanic in truck garage on heavy jobs.
- Provides service and repairs to trailers and tankers.
